“Bow & Arrow Tree” is a song about overcoming the mental battles we often find ourselves in. We often get caught up in all the ‘noise’ around us, whether that be from our critics, however close or distant to us they may be… or from our own self criticism. It’s about being that extra bit stronger, keeping faith in your own abilities & embracing the changes along the way.

Music is an expressive form that allows for introspection, creativity and moving on. Improving our mental health and the mental health of those around is so important, we need to ensure that we find our way of release. Music may be ours, but what’s yours?
